Recruiting: Interviewing/Selection/Retention/Appraisal

I found this nice site. I classify it as a guideline or a set of headlines for how to manage recruiting new staff. It doesn't include a huge content but I appreciated the essence of experience I found there. I found new nice ideas, for me. Like, Employee Handbook, Employee Scorecard, Internal Company Newsletter and Exit Interview. Also, there is a short account about how to write a CV. There is also a directory of Egyptian IT Companies.
